I hired Tax Care Pros over 2 years ago. I was told they would do my back taxes, stop garnishments and negotiate a satisfactory settlement. Tax Care Pros did do my tax forms for Fed and State, never stopped the garnishment and when the taxes were filed they negotiated NO settlement. I still owe everything.
