To whom it may concern: My name is Dorothea Trent, and I am writing with concerns that I was cheated out of my tax money on my 2008 taxes by Insant Tax service. I know this is wrong because I worked hard pay my bills and it is hard living from check to check to keep my bills paid and by my medication that I need to take daily to stay alive. I was told by my tax preparer when filed my 2008 taxes that the stimulus check I received in 2007 would have to paid back out my 2008 tax money. Because it wasn't free money. Subject: Reprinted Client Checks During my employment at Instant Tax Service, located at 1 S Main St, Ste 1430, Dayton OH 45402, I discovered that the owner Fesum Ozbazion had reprinted several tax client checks and deposited them to his account for his personal company use. In May 2007, I was contacted by several clients claiming they were receiving collection calls from HSBC, stating they had received two refund anticipation loan checks from Instant Tax Service.
