Trying to reduce my bill, I asked to bundle my land line phone, internet & wirless phone. They said they could reduce my costs from a totsl of $16o/month to $135. The next two bills were $190. After calling and spending an hour and listening to triple talk for 1 hour they found the problem and said that I did own this amount but it would be corrected the following month.
