Donated a car to Ryan's Towing Line, Hollis, NY with promise of $500. in gas vouchers from Free Gas Central.com. Paid $5.dollar fee to paypal on Sept 23 and have submitted $100/mo gas receipts from selected gas Co., Exxon since Oct.'08. To date have received no gas vouchers for $25./mo.Telephoned 800 number in Dec. and was told they were backed up and would be sent out in Jan.'09. Nothing received yet and when calling 1 800 514 0366 today 1/26/09 constant busy signal is heard. read full review »
