On December 4, 2009 I placed an order online for a simple cleaning product made especially for high-gloss pianos. I have yet to receive my merchandise. I received a confirmation of my order almost immediately, along with a link for a more detailed invoice. On this, an 800 number appears which gives a perpetual busy-signal, regardless of the time of day the number is dialed. There's also a link to use for e-mailing the company, which, when pressed, only deletes your e-message and brings you back to the e-mail window.
