This company does not have the first nor last idea about customer service. Perhaps its the fact that they are the only one providing collect call services to nys inmates. I recently came into a situation where my payment was not received by this company. I paid via my web bill pay straight from my FCU. Well unfortunately this company was the only one not to credit my account. After about a month i had to get the payment reversed and pay via credit card, and lost calling rights with this company.
