I wished that I had read your complaints before helping my 73 yrs old mother place an order. This company is a complete rip off. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. The first clue should have been that they do not have a phone number posted on their website for customer service. Then after I emailed them THREE times as to the status of my mothers order, they finally reply stating order was on the way. After I read all the complaints, I told my mother that it was best to try and get her $$ back from the bank and refuse the order IF it was ever delivered... read full review »
