SUMMARY: Peter Mugwagwa (Newcastle Masterbuilders) has lied to us and took over $7, 000 for new windows and will not return it. Other projects he completed on our home is much less than satisfactory and will not pass building inspection. Keeping Yelp's policy of fact based reviews in mind, Peter actually sealed a gutter using masking tape and also attached a downspout to a gutter using only calk.
