Employee named Patti Phillips contacted me by cell phone and left a voicemail identifying herself as only Ms. Phillips, and did not state why she was calling and where she was calling from. She simply said she had a document in her office that regarded me and I needed to call her back. I did so, I then realized it was a collection agency for a debt that my mother had for missing numerous payments to an alarm company. I explained that I needed to have my mother call them back.
