RIRIC Officers, Where's the construction that was to begin this spring as you claim in your post? How come I can't reach you at your office or on the phone RIRIC. Where have the RIRIC offices gone? Why doesn't RIRIC build anything. All we see are news items about fraud and arrests of RIRIC officers. RIRIC has built nothing in over 10 years.
