Do not even think about getting WalMart's Money Cards! They are a TOTAL waste of TIME AND MONEY!!! I am so furious at it. They require your social security number and everything, which is ridiculous! Customer service is the worst! Now, instead of having a prepaid Visa with about $50 dollars on it, I am having a check mailed in for a refund which will take 7-10 days!!!
