I had a similar experience with Power Windows and siding. The gentlmen who had come out for the free estimate didn't lease until after 11 pm at night when I had finally agreed to the contract after a long sales pitch and discounts which were only available that night if I signed the contract. There are low interest loans available through PA for energy saving home improvements.
