Company was hired to fix furnace pump that seized and was overheating. To prevent a fire I disconnected the power supply. When technician showed up and looked at power and neutral wires in a daze he called management who told him not to work on it. Can you imagine an appliance service company that is intimidated from rehooking up the power wires? It's a joke. Needless to say when I spoke to owner he was rude, and unapologetic. I do not recommend this compnay there are plenty of other better and more customer friendly companies to work with. read full review »
