I ordered a product from Acai Advanced for 99 cents shipping with an 18 day option to cancel before being bill full price for this order and sent another bottle of the product. I received an email from the company that the product had been shipped UPS 3 days after my order, but when I had not received the order 9 days later and called to cancel because of nonshippment, I was unable to get an answer from any of the 3 phone numbers I had for this company, and unable to cancel on the website they had sent me.
