I ordered product on-line, a promotional offer for $9.99 + shipping/handling. Offer included FREE 8 oz. Cabinet Renewer + mitt and a FREE 16 oz Floor Refresher + mop bonnet...JUST PAY SHIPPING AND HANDLING. This raised red flags but I proceeded on in order to check out the additional charges I might be in for. Their website is very deceiving and did not list any shipping or handling charges as I proceeded through the process.
