Today, after 15 days I have finally received my boots and they are perfectly fine. The only bad thing is that I have purchased other pair in the store because I thought that I'll never get my boots since I read complaints on this site. I am sorry for those of you who never received your product, but I must say that I did even though I've never received tracking info or order confirmation. I know that the uggwomenshoes.com site doesn't exist anymore but try uggwomanshoes.com (a instead of e) and you can see the same site.
