I will never use Canada Post again!! I sent off a parcel XpressPost to Ontario which contained time sensitive documents concerning a very big job. While I specifically asked the lady for this particular service, paid the signature fee and confirmed the included insurance, she shipped it REGULAR PARCEL. I will now lose this account as a result of this and Canada Post's concern? "Once the package is in the mail stream there is nothing we can do".
