I just returned 3 items to Kohl's for either an even exchange or if not available, a different item. I was told to take my items to the customer service desk and I would be either given store credit or credit on my charge card. I only wanted to exchange the items as they were the wrong size. I was told that I would be given a store credit and then could purchase the items I needed. What wasn't explained ot told to me was that I was being charged a 15% tranaction fee for each item returned or exchanged. I did not find this out until I... read full review »
