I purchased an Ativa Camcorder which worked great for 5 days, however after that the battery would no longer charge? I could power the unit off the A/C adapter, but that's it. I have a friend who purchased the same unit, so we swapped batteries to see if it was just the battery and guess what...you guessed it, it still did not work with his battery...Tried calling customer service at both Office Depot and Ativa and they both offered a gift card exchange rather than simply exchange the unit for another one.
