I purchased a battery which was incorrectly advertised on the website of West Coast Power as being a replacement for battery model EV12. This is not true as the battery I received was a 6-cell battery, not a 12-cell as the EV12 is. I returned the item, and not only did they decline to pay for shipping, but they had the balls to charge me a 15% "restocking" fee! This despite their claim of "Full Money Back" on their webpage.
