Purchased a water heater from them that quit after three months. Company will pay for parts ( less than $20.00) but plumber's bill is half what the heater cost (and I paid the oplumber to install it, too). I feel I should have reasonably expected the product to last longer than this (my last water heater lasted 18 years!), and the company should help with labor as well as parts. After all, labor is an expected part of ANY repair. Why would anybody buy something that they have to pay to have repaired every three months? BUY ANOTHER BRAND! read full review »
