I was reviewing my checking account bank statement and noticed two withdrawals of $81.34 to WUP*FORCESTRENG om December 4, 2009 and to SUP*CLEANSEPRO on December 17, 2009. A third withdrawal of $29.95 was noted on December 18, 2009 to SUP*CLEANSEPRO. I did not authorize any of these transactions.
