Our checking was debitted for $12.95 for credit monitoringwhich my wife and I did not agree too. Attempted to call the 866-408-4016 that was cited by another complainant but the phone number has been disconnected. My credit Union has been notified, but they have stated it was a debit card purchase and that I need to contact the merchant to stop payment. Since we are unable to reach this merchant it poses a problem to cancel this credit reporting service. So I hope someone can help us with this problem. read full review »
