If you like a credit card company that provides terrible customer service, where the only people that will talk to you are in the Philippines, go to Juniper and the US Airways Mastercard. They read from a script and do not have answers to any questions. I particularly liked sitting around for hours waiting for a promised call from a supervisor. The so-called supervisor in the Philippines called two days later and told me that if I wanted the issue escalated, I needed to send in a letter by mail to Juniper Bank. Thanks for all you do in exchange for $100 in annual fees and the money you made off $30k of charges this year. Appreciate it. read full review »
