We were put out of our home due to a flood. Our system went down because of the flood waters. I have been trying to get a technician out to our house for the past 3 weeks and have not received a call or yet has anyone to show up to fix the system. We spent Christmas without a system in our home. Today, Dec 28, is the scheduled day for a technician to come out, finally, and guess what? NO SHOW.
