They are crooks and they will not answer the phone or your emails. My wife bought me a NES for x-mas and it was supposed to come with the first mario/duckhunt and mario 3. When we opened the box I got a slip of paper saying that mario 1 was back ordered and it would be shipped out asap. When my wife called to make sure the system would ship in time the rep told her everything was in stock and would be there on time. We hooked the game up to our lcd TV and it would not work.
