My mom goes to Pretty Nails often, and does not have to seem a problem. But, I personally thought a few people who work there are very rude to me. Been there a couple of times, and every single time I tell them not to trim too much off my cuticles and they still do it. They make my cuticles bleed and they push them back way to much even after I complain. They are a bad buisness not costumer based. Never going there again. read full review »
