They have promised for a proper refund if I decide to cancel my contract, less approprate cancellation fee, if for whatever reason I'm not satisfied with the service. However, they are not following up to the promise as stated in the contract. It has been 2 months since I have requested for a refund. Not only are they not returning my calls, but ignoring my calls as well (Assuming via call ID). I can only imagine it'll be a battle to get my refund. DO NOT COMMIT TO THEIR CONTRACTS!!!
