I just found out that ESBI 888-302-3724 has been processing a voicemail service fee on my Qwest phone bill since 10-20-2008. I never ordered their services. ESBI checked their records and they tell me that someone by the name of Clarissa ordered the service. I dont know a Clarissa. Because my bills are electronic I dont view the bill detail unless the bill changes unexpectidly, this month my bill jumped.
