I had never heard of this company until I saw a $79.00 charge on my Visa card. I have no idea how they got my card number, because I had never visited such a site or ordered anything from them. I suspect they got it from Seattle Coffee/Tea Francais/Metro Tea (all the same company), also fraudulently charging me for things I didn't order. They legitimately had my credit card #, BUT charged me for and sent things I hadn't ordered, and even did this 2+ months after I had canceled the account. Metro Tea, or Tea Francais

I ordered a trial of tea for less than $7, but then I started receiving shipments of tea one right after the other. I called and cancelled the account, and returned all shipments in the manner instructed by the company. I wrote "Refused" on each package, and made a trip to UPS and returned them. Two or more months later, multiple shipments of tea started arriving again, charged to my credit card without my knowledge or authorization!
