Upon my arrival to the Overland Park Area, my experience with AT&T/Direct TV has been horible!!!NEVER before have I seen such incompatance.They installed my service on 12/07/2009 and sixteen customer service representatives, seven supervisors, and four technisions later I now am able to enjoy ON-DEMAND.
