You provided them a credit card # then I suggest you cancel your card immediately!!. Phone # to cancel order is impossible to reach anyone. You home phone# is blocked because they have it on file when you ordered product. Call from a 2nd land line that you did not give them when ordering. If they do not give you a refund then contact the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. I had to cancel my credit card and also file a fraud investigation claim with my bank.
