I happen to buy a box of 50 regular cheetos about 3 weeks ago and opened it up with a couple of bags already open. Now, before I left Sam's club with the box, there was a seal on it still with the expiration date on it. That would show that the box is still brand new and hasn't been touched yet. I assume every bag in there is fresh but not when I came to a couple of them that were already open. Cheetos isn't making their products too carefully.
