A couple years ago my husband and I capped in a rate for oil. When that expired in June, I called SCASCO and told them to take me off automatic oil delivery until I was able to cap in a rate a few months later. About 2 weeks later we got oil delivered. We were on a budget paying $200.00 a month. My husband called them, he spoke to Poochieat the time, and they said that we were still on automatic delivery and in order to stop it, they would have to delete our account as if we were never customers at all.
