I ordered accessories for my husband's truck 3 times and the first two times they had no record of my order when I went to track it yet my credit card was charged. The third time I orderd I was told it would be shipped within 6 days, today I called to track shipping again and was told they were all being shipped seperately between 1/10 and 1/23. This is certainly not 6 days!!! I WILL NEVER SHOP JCWHITNEY AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW NOT TO SHOP WITH JCWHITNEY. this is the poorest service I have EVER seen. read full review »
