Agreeing with all the other complaints, my husband and I have had a very bad experience with Westlake. We are 2 years into our loan and have received very rude customer service throughout the entire time. I have been lied to in order to make a payment even though I had mailed one in, they told me they never received it and told me to make an automatic payment because I was 30 days late.
