Ordered two 50.00 gift certificates on Dec. 11 in plenty of time for Christmas. They are still not here. Called once they said call back in a couple of days. On the 23rd I called promised me they were shipping them Fed Ex to arrive on Christmas day. Christmas came and went no gift cards. Called on the 29th the CSR on the 23rd lied they had never been shipped. Chris PROMISED me they were going to overnight them on the 30th to arrive on the 31st called 31st Chris had lied also.
