My Nextar Q4-01 repeatedly gives me errors in the middle of my trip, telling me that the map card is not present. Also, it does not recognize many of the addresses that I input. Both of these issues may be solved with map updates. I have had this unit for 12 months... and still no updates. I have read many other complaints about this company that are aligned with my issues.
