One, Kristian Reid, of Countrywide Timeshare Sales, contacted me in February 2008, advising of a buyer for my Mystic Dunes timeshare located in Kissimmee, Fl. A sale price of $38, 482 was quoted and I was asked to pay an advertising fee of $1, 350.
