1) Monthly bills contained calls I never made. Was told that incoming calls from toll-free numbers get charged to my phone number. This is preposterous! Incoming calls from toll-free numbers are junk calls to begin with. And I get charged for them?!?<br /> <br /> 2) After being put on hold for 32 minutes, hung up and tried again.
