Ordered on line and they charged my credit card immediately. No communication for over a week. Sent e-mail asking for status and was told they were checking manufacturer availability. No communication for two weeks. Sent e-mail asking for status. No answer. The lamps arrived needing direct signature. Afterwards received an e-mail saying the lamps were being shipped.
