This post office (Kensington station in Brooklyn, NY) has a history of having poor service. For example, they can keep you waiting in line for over an hour even when it is not in a busy mailing season/time. People just end up go to other post office to get faster service. But now, their delivery service is getting on my nerve. Last time it was a very small parcel package (even fits in my mailbox) that the mailman didn't bother to deliver or ring the bell.
