We are really having trouble with this vendor. We ordered a kid's bike for Christmas on 12/15/2009 that was supposed to arrive prior to 12/25/2009. It did not ship until 12/28/2009. We tried several times to contact the vendor via email and phone prior to Christmas with no response. We had FedEx return the bike to the vendor before we received it. The phone #s they provide do not work so we cannot have a live discussion. Original # 831-476-9600 directs us to a new # 408-246-2554 that is not answered nor allows us to leave a voice message. read full review »
