I noticed on my cell phone bill that I have been charged $9.99 on both my children's cell phone lines. I had a block on both their phones through Verizon, but some how this third party company has been able to charge my bill without my authorization. I am also upset that my children's phones have been reported lost, one in the month of October and the other in November and I am still being charged for services not rendered. read full review »
