I went from a free trial and agreeing to pay the shipping of $11.22 for this item to an utter nightmare of Visa weekly charges ranging from $48.23USD to $86.93 USD.<br /> <br /> In late November 2009, I did receive a marker-size stick that would apparantly brightened my teeth, but due to a relocation I hadn't yet a chance to try it thus far.
