i ordered a free trial online (big mistake) and was never told about the 44.90 that i was being charged or for that matter that i would be receiving a bottle every month... I cancelled the subscription when the second bottle came. I sent it back and have never been refunded. I have called 3 times (which it sounds like everyone knows how long this takes) and i have emailed 4 times. I get the same automatic response every time that without a tracking number, they cannot help me. Every time i call they tell me to try back in a week. I am so mad... read full review »
