I ordered the free trial and paid almost $10 for shipping and handling back on November 6. I still have not received my free trial. I think maybe the reason it wasn't shipped to me is because I purposely left a zero balance on my card. I called the number they gave and was put on hold and waited approximately five minutes thinking I would talk to a person and it was another recording. Shame on them! read full review »
