I used eFax services with a toll free 866 # for a few months for my medical practice, then switched to a local phone # so I could receive international faxes. They agreed to close my toll free account, but then never did. I called 3 separate times to try to get them to close the account. After long conversations with me requesting to close accounts, they would suddenly drop the connection when they realized that I was not going to change my mind.
