I have no idea how they got my 9 yr old daughters child support mastercard number, but as I was getting ready to take her to the movies, I checked the balance on her card and lo and behold, it was 39.95 less than what she was supposed to have. I called CS on the card and they gave me the name bidfuel.com out of florida and a phone number to dispute. i called thenumber and it is someones home, not a business saying they will be back on monday. so funny tht this is the same amount of time that i have to dispute it w/the cc company!
