DO NOT USE THIS AGENCY!!! They billed my credit card and booked a non-refundable trip without ever confirming my travel dates or providing me with an itinerary before booking so that I could see what I was buying. I asked for an itinerary several times before booking and they refused. They were lax in returning my calls, booked the wrong trip dates TWICE, refused to refund my money, and to correct the trip dates I had to pay the penalties.
